 FUNCTIONAL

This class focuses on high intensity functional movements executed through bodyweight, barbell, dumbbell and kettlebells with basic gymnastics and weightlifting. We work on increasing each of your energy systems through a variety of time domains and movements.

PR POWER

#PR Power is designed to help build a solid strength base while focusing on proper body mechanics and safe movements for Powerlifting.

WEIGHTLIFTING

This class focuses on building a solid foundation for both Olympic and Powerlifting. You will work at a moderate intensity as this is a technique and strength driven class.

STRONGMAN

This class will focus on moving large, heavy objects to increase strength as this class focuses on building the foundations required for strongman/woman sport.

STRENGTH FLOW

This class focuses on explosiveness and building strength at low to moderate intensity. We focus on creating flow on movements with kettlebells, barbells, bulgarian bags and landmines.
